Yumi Katsura and Simone Carvalli 2012 Collection Bridal Fashion Week
Magda's Designs, Inc. had the great pleasure of working with Yumi Katsura and Simone Carvalli this past October for Bridal Fashion Week! http://www.yumikatsura.com/ / http://www.simonecarvalli.com/When Paulette from Designer Loft Productions http://dlprusa.com/ contacted me and told me the great news I was extatic! I was honored that Paulette thought so much of my work!
In the following weeks to come it was alot of hard work and preparation - but all worth it!

When Annie and I first met for her hair and makeup trial, we discussed what was really important to her, "let's keep it soft, I want to look like me and I'm really not big on the hair and makeup thing". Taking that into consideration along with her features, gown, headpiece, jewelry, and her location (Nanina's In the Park), we got to work! Annie's look is timeless and elegant! Annie has beautiful hair that we did not want to hide in the typical up-do, so did we keep it soft and off to the side, showing the volume, body and length in her hair. I also felt that her makeup should also be soft, with enough intensity to photograph well.
